This comes from a project for a prominent hospital. The “Refreshment Cart” was based on the Lakeside 958 Stainless Steel Utility Cart.

BACKSTORY
A foodservice distributor reached out to our rep asking to match a cart at a hospital. Years before, the hospital bought the cart from another manufacturer and wanted to replicate it. Specifically, to replicate the Lexan panels that wrapped the front and sides.
The hospital used the cart to bring beverages and snack foods to multiple floors, so it needed to be heavy-duty for holding a restock of beverages on the lower shelves. On the upper tiers were snack foods and baked goods. This allowed visibility as well as protection of the food and drinks.
