Product Specification: Unit is of stainless steel welded and riveted construction to accommodate 14” x 18” (356 x 457 mm) or 15”x 20” (381 x 508 mm) trays. Material thickness is 16-gauge for top and floor/base, 18-gauge for back and sides. Door(s) are 20-gauge insulated double-pan design, and are mounted to unit frame with three each 3” (76 mm) heavy-duty stainless steel hinges. Hinges are welded to door(s) and unit frame. Door(s) can swing 270° to provide full access to tray compartments, and are easily removable by lifting off of hinges. Doors can be held in full open position by hold-open catches. Door latches are recessed paddle design. Tray ledges are 18-gauge stainless steel angle, welded to a 16-gauge stainless frame panel at 5” (127 mm) spacing. Ledge panels accommodate 14” x 18” or 15” x 20” trays, and are removable for easy cleaning. Tray compartment(s) have vents on sides and back panels and have perforated floor center drain(s). Unit features 1” (25.4 mm) thick extruded PVC perimeter bumper mounted to unit base, and recessed rubber coated vertical push handles on both ends of unit. Casters are extra-load plate-mount type, mounted to 12- gauge galvanized steel channels on unit base. Casters have shielded swivel ball bearing races and zerk fittings for lubrication of swivel and hub bearings. Caster wheels are 6” (152 mm) diameter with 2” wide rounded tread of non-marking cushion material. Two casters have wheel brake. Unit is NSF listed.
