The PrisonBilt PBST4W Extreme Duty™ Steam Table is fully welded and has (4) electric wells. Its vandal-proof power switch allows the unit to be turned on or off after the cooking controls are set and locked into their desired positions. There are no moving parts in the switch to fail, even if the switch takes a direct impact. This steam table's heavy-duty, 16-gauge stainless steel frame with stainless steel tops are designed for extreme durability. Its drains have copper tube manifolds and one brass master valve for long-lasting strength. Each well includes individual thermostats and the complete unit is wired to a master switch with indicator to monitor safe food temperatures. This steam table's Extreme Duty™ package includes stainless steel locking control cover for added security. Mounted on 5" heavy-duty PrisonBilt™ casters, two with brakes, for smooth transportation and stability. This steam table's tamper-resistant hardware adds increased safety, while its service electrical components underneath top are easy to access.
