Product Specification: Unit shall be Lakeside Model 130 and shall have stainless steel resistance spot welding to fasten solid top and ledges to frame. This cart shall have channel ledges that fit 15 ea. full or 30 ea. half size sheet pans. Ledges shall be 1/2” in width and have spacing of 1-1/2”. Large stainless steel work top shall be of 18-gauge stainless steel and shall have 1-1/2” reinforcing angles. Legs shall be of 11-gauge stainless steel. Four each 4” double race, double-ball bearing swivel casters, 2 ea. with brake, shall be mounted to legs. Made in the USA.
