This Creation Station™ has a state-of-the-art induction cooking method that is energy efficient, safe and has no flame or heat on the cooking surface. Its contour shaped top is made of a heat resistant, solid surface material. This Geneva cooking station's interior is easy to clean and sanitize stainless steel, while its attractive, durable and practical design is available in a wide choice of standard and custom laminate exterior finishes to complement any décor. This Creation Station™ has a recessed eutectic chilled 10” x 12” ingredient bin on top. Its convenient pull-out interior shelves are height-adjustable and removable. This cooking station's adjustable universal ledges hold sheet pans full size steam table pans or plastic food boxes. Product Specification: Model #63070 shall have two each drop-in induction cooking stoves with built-in controls. Stoves shall be 120 VAC/1800W (30 amp service) and shall be ETL listed. Base interior shall be stainless steel for ease of cleaning and sanitation with a choice of decorative laminate exterior finish. Interior compartments shall have two each adjustable and removable pull-out shelves, and three sets of 5-1/2” wide universal ledges that are height-adjustable and removable to accommodate sheet pans, full-size steam table pans and plastic food boxes. Top surface shall be heat resistant solid resin finish and include a recessed 10” x 12” eutectic chilled bin. Unit shall have four each recessed 5” all swivel non-marking cushion tread casters, two each with brake.
