The Lakeside 125 Sheet Pan Rack has a 35 full-size pan capacity and Angle Style Ledges with 1-7/16″ spacing. The Channel Style Ledges are welded to the uprights to withstand continual use, tie bars are also welded to the uprights for added integrity. This unit has 4-inch all swivel, corner mount stem type casters for upright stability and increased maneuverability. All-welded stainless steel construction is easy to clean and sanitize and provides longer life. Ships fully assembled for immediate use right out of the carton, made in the USA. Specification

Unit shall be of all-welded construction and shall accommodate 18” x 26” pans or 14” x 18” pans and trays. Corner upright legs, and top and bottom frame shall be of .104 x 3/4” x 1-1/4” angle stainless steel. Pan/tray ledges shall be of 16-gauge stainless steel and shall be welded to upright legs front and back. Top and bottom corner frame joints shall have 20-gauge reinforcing gussets welded in place for extra rigidity. Unit shall have a 16-gauge x 1/2” x 1/2” angle stainless steel horizontal brace welded to upright legs at open ends front and back. Casters shall be 4” diameter swivel stem type, corner mounted to corner legs for upright stability. Unit shall be NSF listed.
