Seafood Cart

Before
After

Take a closer look at how we modified a Geneva 67105 Daypart Cart and Geneva 70260 Liquor Cart to best fit a restaurant in need of a tableside seafood cart.

PROJECT NAME

“Seafood Cart”

BACKSTORY

Our dealer was working with a restaurant on the East Coast that wanted to do tableside seafood service. It would primarily be used for oyster service, however, it needed to be versatile enough to use for other seafood offerings if needed. They ideally wanted it to be of wood construction and look elegant, but with a limited budget, we had to go back to the drawing board. We were able to combine the look of two standard Geneva models, utilizing a standard laminate that matched the décor to avoid the wood construction and ultimately stay within budget.
